USA Shipping

Black Kaffeine ships Monday through Friday from our U.S. fulfillment facilities (New Jersey, California, or Oregon). All coffee is freshly roasted by hand and shipped within 2 business days.

For shipping transit time, please expect the carrier to take 1–5 business days to deliver your package.

You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Note: All orders ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier depends on your location and the weight of the package.

Holiday Notice: During holidays and sale events, shipping may be delayed.

Order processing time is 2 business days.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the USA on all orders of $50 or more.

Returns

Because coffee is a food product, we are unable to accept returns on opened coffee.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with delivery, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we’ll make it right.

Eligible Issues

  • Items arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Missing items from your order
  • The package marked delivered but not received (carrier issue)

How to Request Help

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@blackkaffeine.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged)

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
